POWERLIFTING COACHING
For those who already compete in powerlifting, those who want to train with the goal of entering a competition in the near future or those who just want to experience training like a powerlifter.
Sessions are one-to-one and programmes cater for all levels from complete beginners to elite level lifters. I will work with you to develop technical excellence and proficiency (specific to your body type and levers) in all three lifts (back squat, bench press and deadlift) and coach you through my carefully designed programmes to keep your lifting and numbers progressing. We will get you to the platform ready to display your true strength and hit PB’s when it really matters!
